Polypropylene Swimming Pools

The swimming pools of this kind are made of solid polypropylene plates with high mechanical strength and resistance to weather conditions. PP plates are combined with each other using innovative technology – diffusion welding. Thanks to specialized machines, we can get a plate with a thickness of 6 to 15 mm from granulated liquid. The pool surface is completely smooth, making it easy to keep the pool clean. The advantage of this technology is the lack of restrictions: individual shape, dimensions, as well as the possibility of using skimmer and overflow technology. The shaped basin is reinforced on the outside with ribbing with the same material, thanks to it the structure is rigid and stable. Additionally, it is reinforced and insulated with polyurethane foam.

Strength of material

The material is resistant to weather conditions and mechanical damages. The pool is additionally insulated and reinforced with polyurethane foam.

UV stabilization

Polypropylene plates guarantee high resistance to UV radiation. Thanks to it, even when the insolation is high and long-term, the colour of the basin will not change.

Resistance to heat

The advantage of PP material is temperature resistance from -40 to +70C. Water heated up to high temperature will not deform the basin and will not cause osmosis.
