Papette Swimming Pool in Hunstanton, Norfolk

This pool was installed within a week in the winter, with the excavation happening Monday to Tuesday, and then the pool installed from Wednesday to Saturday. We then went away to allow the customer’s contractor to build a patio around the pool and returned to install the enclosure upon completion. The customer could however use the pool immediately after we finish without having to wait for the patio work to be completed. The weather made this a challenge, but at Starlight Pools, our team works in all weather conditions to ensure the job is completed. On this particular job, our team also worked into the evenings to excavate the hole. The crane for the pool installation was booked for Wednesday morning, so the hole had to be dug by then. We worked until 8 pm each day, making sure not to disrupt the customers’ or neighbours’ evenings.  The Horizon enclosure includes a sliding door to allow access with the cover in place with rail extensions to slide the cover off the pool completely. The heat pump allows the customer to enjoy the pool all year round, even in the cold months, and combined with the enclosure, maintaining the pool’s heat is more energy efficient. The enclosure also works to keep the heat in, as well as keeping dirt and foliage away to ensure easy maintenance and a clean pool, whilst the dosing station makes sure water has the right chemicals applied automatically.
